As flooring experts, of course our team offers unparalleled floor repair service to residential and commercial clients. We work throughout the Baltimore County area, including Harford County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, and Carroll County.
Flooring wears out over time or suffers unexpected damage. But in most cases, you don’t have to replace the whole floor to make it look like new again. So if you have warped hardwood, fraying carpet where the cat likes to sharpen its claws, you need carpet stretching, or you have one or more cracked floor tiles, we can help. We do major floor repair projects as well. And we’ll be honest with you. For major projects, sometimes it’s more cost-effective to start over with new flooring. But we will do whatever you need us to.
When you contact us for a flooring repair estimate, we will make an in-person visit to your home or business. We will thoroughly inspect the damaged areas and give you one or more solutions to your problem. And we’ll put it in writing, so you can compare estimates if you need to. A word of caution though – work with a flooring repair expert who is licensed and insured, and preferably CFI certified. We can’t even begin to count the number of times we have come in to make floor repairs or replace flooring after someone else botched the job.
And the good news for you is you don’t have to buy flooring from us in order to have us complete your floor repair. We can use leftover flooring supplies you have from when it was first installed to take out damaged flooring and replace with the new flooring or use flooring supplies you purchased elsewhere. We can also guide you in purchasing the appropriate materials from us.
And of course, if you hired us to do your new flooring installation and we uncover issues with your subfloor, we will fix those and bring everything up to code before we install your new flooring.
We offer day, evening and Saturday appointments upon request to give you the attention you deserve.
